Quick frozen diced carrots (1cm x 1cm x 1cm)
Product of Belgium. Expiry : Jan 2022

Place the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to the boil. Frozen vegetables do not need to be cooked for as long as fresh vegetables since they are par-cooked. Drain and season to taste.
Microwave : Put the desired quantity of diced carrots in a non-metallic microwavable bowl, cover and cook, stirring occasionally. Can also cook in a steamer
